Amministrativo / a di Cantiere

Itinera, a global player in large infrastructure projects and civil and industrial construction, part of the ASTM Group, is seeking an Amministrativo / a di cantiere for an infrastructure project in the Pescara area, located in the Province of Ancona (AN).

The candidate will support the Administrative Manager in managing site accounting activities, including invoicing, payments, and cash flow monitoring.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up and verifying site accounting systems and conducting periodic checks for accuracy.
• Ensuring proper site accounting records.
• Managing site cash flow and preparing related reports.
• Supporting data collection and progress verification with site managers.
• Assisting with logistics and general services on site.
• Supporting personnel attendance tracking and payroll processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting (Ragioneria).
• 4-6 years of experience as an Administrative / Office Clerk in construction companies specializing in civil engineering and complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience in report drafting and analysis.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
