Responsibilities:

• Assist the Medical Director in patient management.
• Select appropriate dialysis methods, suitable devices, and personalize treatment based on the patient's condition.
• Ensure high-quality patient care through appropriate therapy selection.
• Handle all medical situations encountered during duties, seeking consultations or arranging patient transfers as needed.
• Collaborate with nurses during dialysis sessions, including initiation and termination of treatment.
• Review reports and healthcare activities to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Perform medical assessments for patient admissions and complete related formalities.
• Maintain and update medical records for each patient.

• Medical degree with specialization in nephrology.
• Professional registration.
• Knowledge of Italian; English is a plus.
