Synergie Italia, branch in DOMODOSSOLA, is recruiting for a client operating in the metalworking sector:

Position

The candidate will be integrated into the company's IT department and will support the external IT consultant. Responsibilities include connecting and installing hardware, peripherals, and devices; installing and updating software; informing users about new programs and devices; monitoring system operations; troubleshooting hardware and software issues; providing technical assistance; managing data backup systems; and safeguarding data security.

Requirements

• Proficiency in managing PCs, networks, servers, etc.
• Experience in hardware and software maintenance and support
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux...)
• Knowledge of software and applications
• Cyber security skills
• Good communication skills and problem-solving attitude

Additional Information

We offer:

• Initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment
• Full-time work from Monday to Friday
• Location: Vogogna (VB)
