Channel Lawyer

We are recruiting a Legal Counsel Channel to join our Global Legal Team and be responsible for providing legal and compliance support to our Italy operations.

How you will contribute :

You will be responsible for delivering legal, regulatory, and compliance services. You will operate as a key business partner to provide strategic support and advice, working on a wide range of commercial and compliance matters with a focus on our Channel (indirect) Business. Your responsibilities include:

1. Preparing and reviewing contracts and terms and conditions, supporting negotiations
2. Preparing templates
3. Providing claims support and overseeing litigations
4. Helping to ensure compliance with applicable laws and Group policies
5. Providing training and facilitating our compliance programs
6. Monitoring and implementing regulatory requirements
7. Other local legal support as reasonably required by Legal Management.

Your profile

We are looking for someone comfortable working in a digital environment, passionate about social justice and sustainability. The ideal candidate has a proven track record operating in an in-house legal environment within an international company. You should be proactive, closely collaborate with business stakeholders, and apply legal expertise to deliver solutions.

You should have excellent legal and communication skills and be :

1. A qualified lawyer with a Master of Laws degree or equivalent, with at least four years' relevant PQE in commercial law, especially in indirect/channel/reseller business, preferably in sectors like Hi-tech, Oil & Energy, Construction, or Renewables & Environment.
2. Fluent in English with strong technological skills
3. Confident, with excellent interpersonal skills, commercially minded, highly organized, and effective in team settings
4. Able to work independently and manage large workloads
