Room Attendant

The housekeeping attendant will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager of the property and will work in a fast paced environment.

• The job will be on call and upon operational necessities.
• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Satisfying guests and exceeding guest’s expectations
• Projecting a positive hotel image
• Collecting and distributing guest laundry
• Cleaning all the areas in the hotel as instructed by the Housekeeping Manager
• Reporting missing or damaged items
• Reporting lost and found items
• Maintaining a clean & neat area of operation
• QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience in the same role
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Excellent team worker and oriented to details
