The role

You will be responsible for leading and coordinating Digital Workplace projects, focusing on implementing, integrating, and optimizing solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, security, and collaboration tools. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, define both functional and technical architectures, and ensure delivery aligns with quality standards. Additionally, you will serve as a reference point for internal teams and partners regarding workplace technology services and contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement.

• Foster client collaboration to achieve strategic goals through technology solutions aligned with our products and services.
• Stay current with Microsoft technologies and acquire key certifications for M365.
• Provide tailored guidance and solutions based on client needs.
• Analyze clients’ technological environments for opportunities to improve and optimize.
• Design and implement digital transformation strategies.
• Develop adoption plans for new technologies to ensure successful integration and user adoption.
• Create and manage service task lists.

What we need to see from you

• Extensive experience with Microsoft solutions, especially Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in Azure AD Connect, ADFS, MIM, Active Directory, and Azure AD for secure and efficient integration.
• Experience implementing security solutions like Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, and Exchange; familiarity with the Microsoft ENTRA suite, Zero Trust principles, Microsoft Purview, and Priva.
• Skills in device management and deployment using Intune / Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, and SCCM (preferred).
• Broad experience with productivity tools, including on-premises Exchange.
• Experience deploying Windows Virtual Desktop solutions.
• Knowledge of Copilot and AI tools.
• Client-facing experience with a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to deliver workshops to diverse audiences, including CxO levels.
• Experience working within teams and collaborative environments, facilitating knowledge sharing and solutions development.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
