Job Title : Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to provide technical assistance, product training, and strategic consulting for new product development and solving customer problems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

• Providing technical support according to different areas of expertise through a ticketing system;
• Maintaining constant communication with the sales department to find solutions;
• Performing training activities by presenting products to customers and explaining their technical characteristics, operation, and applications;
• Collaborating in organizing company and trade show events and providing technical support to the sales department.

To be successful in this role, you will need :

• A technical education (diploma or degree in electronics or mechatronics);
• Fluent English proficiency and knowledge of a second foreign language; and
• Previous experience providing technical assistance for electromechanical products and knowledge of electrical circuits, hydraulics, and conductive materials.
