Your day-to-day
- Conduct and support Root Cause Analysis (5-Why, Fishbone, 8D) for internal production issues and customer complaints.
- Review and develop quality documents (Control Plan, PPAP documents, MSA).
- Manage calibration and traceability of production measurement instruments.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators.
- Inspect materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Collaborate with Operations and R&D to develop, implement, and monitor corrective actions and improvements.
- Ensure workflows, processes, and products comply with internal procedures, IATF standards, and customer-specific requirements.
- Manage internal and external (suppliers) nonconformities.
- Manage internal Quality Concern Reports.
- Conduct internal process audits.
Who we are looking for
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in quality departments (QA, QC, SQE, etc.) is a plus.
- 2+ years of applicable experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with total quality concepts, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and IATF 16949 procedures.
- Experience in preparing and collaborating on Quality control plans, pFMEA, PPAP documents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on detecting and preventing quality issues.
Ideally, you will also have
- Experience working with automotive OEMs is a plus.
