JYX GmbH in Bensheim, founded in 2022, is a sales office of Jiayaoxing Packaging Group Co., Ltd., a production company headquartered in Dongguan, China, with over 15 years of experience. The group also has locations in Hong Kong, the USA, and from 2024, Indonesia. We specialize in high-quality paper packaging, offering innovative designs and our own development department, making us an ideal partner for private labels and well-known brands in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry. We aim to expand our partnerships and success in Europe by providing custom-developed packaging solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and enhance the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Build strong and effective business relationships with clients.
  • Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany.
  • Report sales activities to the Vice President weekly and monthly.

Required Skills

  • Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in the packaging industry (clients in cosmetics, fragrances, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office software.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the packaging industry is preferred.
