Innovative Research Director

We are seeking a visionary Research Leader to spearhead our Technical Research Team, shaping the future of HVAC solutions. As a senior thermodynamic, you will play a pivotal role in driving research projects and external cooperation, ensuring seamless project execution.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Leading internal research projects and external collaborations with an emphasis on technical expertise.
• Breaking down complex technical problems and assigning tasks to team members.
• Motivating and engaging team members to meet project deadlines and goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require :

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar leadership position.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written is mandatory.
• Able to think critically and outside the box.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Prior experience in the HVAC&R field is highly desirable but not essential.
• A PhD is highly regarded but not a prerequisite.
