• Multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Experience in Base Building Maintenance.
• Proficient in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for proactive maintenance planning and recording reactive tasks.

Join our Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineering team, where we maintain and optimize technologies within the Global Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB :

We seek motivated, customer-oriented individuals to join us as Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technicians. This role focuses on ensuring safety compliance, conducting preventative maintenance to high standards, and maximizing equipment availability through continuous improvement.

Shift Pattern : This role involves non-traditional shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities :

• Model and monitor health & safety best practices among team members.
• Demonstrate SME-level expertise in refrigeration equipment and building infrastructure through hands-on work.
• Support the line manager in daily operations.
• Ensure high equipment availability via troubleshooting and prioritization.
• Support continuous system improvements across the EU network.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels.
• Understand and utilize OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and other performance metrics.
• Manage contractors and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
