Accounts Manager with Sales

JYX GmbH in Bensheim, founded in 2022, is a sales office of Jiayaoxing Packaging Group Co. We specialize in high-quality paper packaging with our own design and development department, serving private labels and well-known brand manufacturers in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry. We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England.

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen and improve the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets.
• Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability.
• Report sales activities to the Vice President weekly and monthly.

Qualifications:

• Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in the packaging industry (clients include cosmetics, fragrances, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in the domestic language of the assigned country and in English.
• Solid computer skills using MS Office software.
• Experience in the packaging industry.

Additional Information:

• Option to work as a freelancer (commission-based & remote) or as an employee (remote).
• Extensive induction and training in Bensheim and/or Dongguan, China.
• Support from experienced sales colleagues even after the induction period.
