What You’ll Do

• Implement and improve company HR systems and plans
• Maintain employee information and HR process management
• Responsible for employee attendance and payroll calculation
• Responsible for company recruitment-related activities
• Manage employment contract and employee relations in Europe
• Maintain open communication channels with headquarters and related departments
• Manage office administrative affairs

You Are

• Completed studies in personnel management or a related field (e.g., Business Studies, Psychology)
• Fluent in Chinese, Italian, and English
• Ideally, some professional experience in HR or relevant internships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
