We are seeking a high-energy, reliable individual with excellent customer service skills to sell Verizon Wireless cellular services.

Job Description:

1. Selling all products and services offered by the company.
2. Meeting sales objectives.
3. Handling administrative tasks such as completing customer contracts and warranties, managing inventory, processing payments, and filing orders.
4. Maintaining strong knowledge of products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
5. Monitoring competitive offers and providing market feedback to the Store Manager.
6. Handling customer service inquiries.
7. Providing courteous and efficient service to customers both in person and via other communication channels.

Job Requirements:

1. Using a competitive spirit to meet and exceed sales goals.
2. Staying updated on the latest technology and devices, including Wi-Fi and data devices.
3. Understanding customer needs and demonstrating how our products meet those needs.
4. Multi-tasking effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
5. Working flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with occasional overtime.
6. Educating customers through product demonstrations.
7. Providing prompt and courteous service in various communication channels.
8. Position may be commission-based and quota-driven.
9. Coaching, training, and developing store staff.

Desired Qualifications:

1. 1-3 years of retail, customer-facing, or sales experience preferred.
2. 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
