Webuild is seeking a Commercial Planning & Market Analysis Expert to join the Group Commercial Department in Milan.

Responsibilities :

• Develop monitoring and forecast models for Group performance/KPI, including offers, orders, win rates, and other metrics; prepare regular reports.
• Engage with Commercial Areas and Group Subsidiaries to update commercial initiatives and maintain the commercial database.
• Support the development and execution of the 3-year Commercial Plan aligned with the Industrial Plan's economic/financial targets.
• Enhance management of information and monitoring processes for commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate with other functions to assess the sustainability of the Commercial Plan and monitor potential opportunities.
• Collaborate on risk assessment (Country, Corporate, Contractual) to support go/no-go decisions for commercial initiatives.

Requirements :

• MSc in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• 5-6 years of experience, preferably in consulting firms.
• Knowledge of mathematical and statistical models applied to financial data.
• Proficiency in managing complex files and large databases.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling and KPI monitoring.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills for preparing reports.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and related systems.
• Knowledge of a second foreign language such as French, German, or Spanish.
