About The Role :

This position reports into the Director Food and Beverage, working closely with the Executive Chef to craft effective menu and amenity options, ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price and attending regular operational meetings for seamless coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Describe and ensure the quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Provide knowledge of wine and spirits, ensuring guests receive expert advice in an elegantly appointed environment.
• Create a distinctive and attentive experience for 24-hour in-room dining and in-room private bar services.
• Promote good public relations, handle complaints, concerns, or special requests from guests, clients, and group contacts.
• Oversee team shift schedules to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Support the development of the team, fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment.

Your Qualifications :

• A college degree, preferably specializing in hotel / restaurant management or equivalent experience, is required.
• Two to three years of previous experience in a line, supervisory, or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage.
• Working knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
• A special talent and passion for delivering exceptional standards consistently and providing outstanding service and attention to our guests.
• Attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player, and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences.
