Your Tasks

• Support our portfolio companies on topics such as Data / KPI Analysis of operational situations (e.g., Scrap, Efficiency, OEE, Labour, Inventory, Footprint)
• Identify improvement opportunities and quantify potential savings
• Develop turnaround plans with a team of experts that contribute directly to the business plan of the portfolio company
• Implement the turnaround plan

Your Profile

• At least 4 years of international experience in Manufacturing Excellence, preferably with consulting experience
• Degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or similar, with experience in financial analysis and controlling
• Passionate about Lean Manufacturing with the ability to motivate international teams, especially in turnaround situations
• Willing to travel across Europe (typically Mon-Thu)
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
