Gifrab Italia SpA, a historic leader in the Fashion Retail sector, is seeking an intern for sales activities at our prestigious store in Messina.

MISSION OF THE POSITION

The selected candidate will undergo a training program aimed at supporting the store in customer assistance and guidance during purchasing, always in a sales-assisted perspective, combining sales techniques and product knowledge. The goal is to foster customer loyalty and ensure a high-quality service aligned with company policies.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Ensure the application of the company's commercial policy
• Maximize customer satisfaction
• Greet, assist, guide, and advise customers during the sales process, respecting sales procedures and understanding specific needs, ensuring quality service, suggestive selling, and multiple selling
• Manage sales phases, present product features and promotions
• Provide detailed product information to customers
• Assist customers post-sale
• Maintain order in products and stock
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong passion for Fashion Retail
• Excellent relational and communication skills
• Result-oriented attitude
• Good organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

We offer a 6-month internship, full-time hours (40h/week, 6 days out of 7), with a monthly expense reimbursement.
