Job Description
Aero Alliance Avenza Plant Facility Specialist, reporting to the Facility and Maintenance Leader, will support within the following activities:
Planned and extraordinary maintenance activities of the facility including buildings, infrastructures, plant systems (offices, workshop, etc)
Coordination of vendors in the facility developing and tracking the planning of the activities with the highest EHS and Quality standards
Document regular facilities inspections, assisting the Health & Safety officer
Oversee facility systems and infrastructures refurbishment and renovations
Support with the planning of plant services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, canteen service, waste disposal, parking and mobility management
Develop and implement the facility management and maintenance program, including preventive maintenance and life-cycle requirements, through the use of the company CMMS
Support in implementing plant sustainability programs increasing efficiency, monitoring energy consumption and eventually reducing carbon footprint.
Develop, monitor and update Facility and suppliers KPI based on dataset to be developed and managed in the CMMS
Periodic reporting to track the progress of the facility's activities and the main critical issues in progress
Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants related to EHS actions, tickets and work orders (ODL) from CMMS
Create and manage purchasing request using ERP
Monthly cost control of the contractual and extra-contractual activities delivered by the various contractor and facility suppliers
Qualifications / Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred) or equivalent culture.
Proactive, motivated, multi-task, time management and problem solving attitude
Excellent interpersonal and relational skills, curiosity and precision complete the profile
Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.), knowledge of E-maint CMMS and Oracle ERP will be a plus.
