Our organization is looking for a skilled Telecom Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with sales teams to identify and analyze customer technical requirements for tailored TLC solutions. You will also prepare technical offers and project documentation, conduct presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients and prospects, ensure continuity of information between pre-sales, provisioning, and assurance phases, and coordinate all activities related to service termination.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with sales teams to collect and analyze customer technical requirements for tailored TLC solutions
• Prepare technical offers and project documentation
• Conduct presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients and prospects
• Ensure continuity of information between pre-sales, provisioning, and assurance phases
• Coordinate all activities related to service termination

Requirements :

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications :

• At least 3 years of experience in assistive roles or provision services or assurance
• Excellent knowledge of telecom technologies and services for enterprise : connectivity, central switchboards with ISDN or VoIP technology, networking (switch operation, access points...) and security (firewalls...)
• Familiarity with technical design tools and commercial documentation
• Ability to effectively interact with both technical and commercial figures
• Precision and reliability in managing complex processes
• Preferably possession of recognized technical certifications in the TLC and networking sectors
