QSHE Trainee

Step into the world of QSHE with hands-on experience and real responsibility- based at our Başakşehir office.

Your Role

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or students passionate about quality, safety, and sustainability. As a QSHE Trainee, you will be involved in real projects, gain exposure to industry standards, and developed your professional skills under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Your Responsibilities

• Track and report training sessions, audit results, and non-conformities by preparing Excel reports.
• Assist documentation updates and ensure accuracy.
• Support supplier audits (approximately 30 suppliers), report findings within the AEO framework, and follow up on required actions.
• Assist and follow up supplier evaluation forms across operational departments.
• Serve as a QSHE representative, collaborating across departments.
• Translate documents when necessary.
• Print physical training certificates for employees and ensure completion of required signatures.
• Manage Kuehne+Nagel tools and provide support line manager.

Your Skills and Experiences

• University graduate or expected to graduate within a year.
• Proficient in English (minimum intermediate level).
• Strong interest in quality management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
