Wolters Kluwer Italia, a leading player in developing software applications, is seeking a Field Sales Executive for the SALES division within Legal & Regulatory. Reporting to the Compliance Software sales department, you will be part of a supportive, international team working in a stimulating environment. As a Field Sales Representative, you will leverage your deep understanding of business and customer needs to drive sales of our innovative software solutions for ecological / environmental management.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Close deals with companies aligned with the assigned target, quickly identifying client needs and linking them to Wolters Kluwer's offerings.
  • Develop direct sales activities to new clients within the assigned geographic area.
  • Manage the entire sales process from needs assessment, solution verification, to negotiation, in close collaboration with other functions.
  • Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities, using CRM tools to maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with company expectations.
  • Create commercial proposals in collaboration with relevant functions, aligned with the value proposition and pricing criteria. Conduct product demos.

Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role and in selling application software.
  • Ability to quickly identify relevant business challenges and effectively position solutions.
  • Good understanding of general technical concepts (e.g., ERP, Cloud).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels and in cross-functional teamwork.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong goal-oriented work ethic in complex, modern organizations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of the compliance sector is a preferred qualification.
