Your Role in VT Markets
As Country Manager – Italy (Forex), you will lead the company's business expansion and operations in the Italian market. Your responsibilities include developing market-specific strategies, building strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners, and ensuring compliance with Italian financial regulations. You will collaborate with regional and global teams across marketing, product, legal, and operations to drive growth.
This is a remote position based in Italy. You will work during local business hours from your home.
Market Entry & Strategic Development
Lead and execute localized go-to-market plans to grow VT Markets’ presence in Italy. Use market insights to enhance brand visibility and identify new business and partnership opportunities.
Sales & Team Leadership
Implement sales promotions tailored to the Italian market. Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team. Monitor performance, adjust strategies, and mentor staff to improve client engagement and service quality.
Marketing & Brand Strategy
Manage Italian-specific marketing campaigns aligned with global initiatives. Collaborate across teams to identify market opportunities and potential risks.
Regulatory & Risk Management
Work with legal and compliance teams on audits and documentation. Stay updated on market and regulatory changes.
Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer needs. Provide insights to support strategic decisions and improve market positioning.
Provide timely reports to ensure smooth operations.
Achieve business development targets (monthly/quarterly) in IB acquisition, client growth, and revenue. Develop a strong network of IBs and affiliates in Italy. Contribute to market penetration and regional revenue. Represent VT Markets at local industry events.
