FINANCE - Controller

We are seeking a Real Estate Financial Controller for our client, a fashion retail and international sports business company headquartered in Como.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

As a Real Estate Financial Controller, you will oversee financial operations related to construction projects and retail/rent activities in Italy. Your responsibilities include financial planning, budget management, and analysis to ensure the success and profitability of our funds business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
2. Provide financial guidance and analysis for commercial office redevelopment projects.
3. Collaborate with project teams to meet financial goals.
4. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
5. Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Manage cash flow, control costs, and assess financial risks.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Previous experience as a Financial Controller in real estate, property, or retail sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Fluent English is required. The position is based in Como with smart working (1 day per week). Proficiency in Oracle and Excel is necessary.
