We are looking for a driven, experienced, and dedicated Business Development Manager with a desire to succeed!

  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
  • Experience with basic Microsoft programs like Excel and Word
  • Fluent in English and Italian

Your responsibilities :

  • Execute the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel
  • Build coverage in the assigned region, supporting and monitoring agencies' work in the territory
  • Develop a business case in collaboration with the Country Manager and Head of Sales for business expansion in the region
  • Find and develop new customers (installers, contractors, end users) in the region
  • Develop new projects and report in Salesforce, keeping track of activities in the area
  • Serve as the Italy reference for trainings to agencies and customers
  • Be the Italy reference for the BLE system, working closely with agencies to present it to customers and with HQ to improve the system
  • Gather and analyze market information and communicate with Opple's marketing team
  • Meet targets and budgets
  • Manage internal relationships between channels and departments
