Capacity Building and Peer Exchange Facilitator

Type: Short-term assignments / task-based consultancy

We are creating a pool of Capacity Building and Peer Exchange Facilitators for a new FWC Contract: EC-SG REFORM / 2025 / OP / 0001. This contract involves the provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member States. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise.

Responsibilities include facilitating training on platform use, common terminology, and deployment of SupTech use cases.

Qualifications:

• Background in adult learning, digital innovation, or supervisory training.
• 5+ years of experience in peer-learning or training for regulators or public sector institutions.
