Synergie Italia's ICT Corporate Division, specializing in Professional Staffing and Recruitment of qualified personnel, is seeking candidates for a company involved in the construction and maintenance of technological infrastructures across telecommunications (fixed and mobile networks), energy (MV/BT networks), public lighting, charging stations, and transportation (road and rail networks).

Job Role: Expert Cable Jointer and Team Leader

The selected candidate will be assigned to the MV/BT Networks operational area as an experienced operator in cable splicing and terminations on MV and BT cables.

When not engaged in specific activities, the candidate will support other site resources as a construction laborer.

The role involves leading a team, coordinating work and resources, maintaining relations with field operators of the client, and working under the guidance of the work supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in electrical network construction and maintenance or infrastructure development.
2. Valid certification for electrical work according to CEI11-27 (PES).
3. Certification as a skilled operator in cable splicing and terminations on MV and BT cables, preferably with Enel E profile, valid.
4. Willingness to travel nationwide.
5. Experience operating earth-moving machinery, specifically excavators.
6. Attention to detail and meticulousness in tasks requiring precision.
7. Ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
8. Problem-solving skills for unforeseen issues during cable splicing.
9. Teamwork capability.

Location and Contract Details:

Workplace: Fiano Romano (Rome)

Contract Type: 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanent employment.
