We are looking for a passionate and talented Buyer Footwear to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for purchasing and managing the product Footwear assortment for the EMEA region, with a strategic focus on sales performance, purchasing planning, and segmenting the offering market.

Responsibilities

• Select, purchase, and manage the footwear assortment, ensuring an optimized product mix for different markets and sales channels
• Forecast footwear demand to maintain ideal stock levels and guarantee efficient replenishment across all stores.
• Continuously track sell-in and sell-out performance, adjusting footwear purchasing strategies based on store-level sales data.
• Oversee purchase orders and ensure timely restocking to maintain footwear availability and minimize stockouts.
• Plan and coordinate monthly footwear deliveries to stores, ensuring smooth and timely distribution.
• Conduct detailed sales and market analysis focused on footwear, providing actionable insights to refine product selection, track market trends, and respond to competitor strategies by region and channel

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in a buying/merchandising role within the fashion or sportswear industry, preferably in the footwear business
• Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge of different European markets and competitor analysis is a must
• Experience abroad
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skill
• Fluency in English and Italian, other languages are a plus
