Advanced Technical IT Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing advanced technical support, optimization, and strategic evolution of our core IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Optimize system performance and resource utilization, ensuring high availability of IT services
• Implement and manage virtualization platforms and cloud infrastructure
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues requiring specialized knowledge
• Serve as a point of escalation for IT support teams handling challenging technical problems
• Participate in and lead the technical aspects of IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure expansions

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering or related roles, preferably in a hybrid infrastructure environment
• Expertise in administering and troubleshooting Windows Server and / or Linux operating systems
• Strong command of networking protocols and infrastructure (TCP / IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPN)
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure) is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of IT security best practices and tools
• Fluency in English is a must
