Our Ruby Bea draws inspiration from the artists, thinkers, and writers of the Italian Renaissance. Bea takes her name from Dante Alighieri's inamorata, Beatrice. Ruby Bea and her 118 rooms are a love letter to the blending of classical forms and novel perspectives. Located directly on Piazza della Libertà in the historic city center of Florence, with galleries, museums, and incredible architecture within walking distance.

We are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces across Europe and many projects under construction. We break new ground with our Lean Luxury philosophy, creating a contemporary and affordable luxury experience.

• are an all-rounder and multitasking talent, and the first point of contact for our guests to make them feel at home from the first moment to the last drink
• support our guests with the self-check-in process and handle front desk responsibilities
• prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks, ensuring smooth service
• take care of our breakfast buffet and showcase your barista skills
• manage goods receiving, inspection, and storage, maintaining perfect mise-en-place
• share insider tips with guests about the city's hotspots

We’ve been waiting for you if you have / are:

• some experience in the hotel industry (not mandatory if you’re eager to learn)
• flexible and ready to work in shifts
• reliable, multitasking, and eager to learn
• empathetic and enthusiastic about sharing your passion
• possess a great sense of humor, enjoy teamwork, and love interacting with guests
• fluent in Italian and English
