We are looking for EMEA Commercial Audio Product Manager who is responsible for managing the lifecycle, strategy, and go-to-market execution of audio accessories, such as headphones, microphones, speakers, and related peripherals. This role involves working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, BU, supply chain) to ensure that the product portfolio meets customer needs, aligns with market trends, and drives business growth.

What Will You Do/ Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy Portfolio Management
  • Develop and execute a product strategy for the audio accessories category.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demand and business goals.
  • Identify new product opportunities and work with BU to bring innovative accessories to market.
  • Conduct product lifecycle management, from introduction to phase-out.
  • Market Research Competitive Analysis
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning to identify opportunities.
  • Gather insights from end-users, sales teams, and industry reports to refine product offerings.
  • Benchmark pricing, features, and performance against competitors to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Product Development Innovation
  • Work with BU teams to define product specifications.
  • Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation to ensure quality and performance.
  • Ensure products align with industry standards, certifications, and compliance regulations.
  • Go-to-Market Commercialization
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including launch plans, pricing, and positioning.
  • Create product training materials and support sales teams with technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop content, campaigns, and messaging for product promotion.
  • Coordinate with channel partners, retailers, and distributors for market penetration.
  • Sales Performance Analysis
  • Monitor product performance, revenue, and profitability through data analysis.
  • Work closely with sales teams to optimize promotions, bundling, and pricing strategies.
  • Adjust product strategies based on sales feedback, customer reviews, and market response.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Act as the bridge between RD, sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer support.
  • Work with supply chain teams to manage inventory planning, demand forecasting, and availability.
  • Support customer service teams in handling technical inquiries and product issues.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Audio Technology, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in Audio industry, preferably in product management or business development
  • Good understanding of the audio market and various commercial customer segments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage with engineering, sales, and customers
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales-driven and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
