To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a
- Sales Manager who will lead the
- launch and commercial development in the Triveneto region
- with a strategic focus on expanding our network and acquiring new clients.
In this role, you will be the key reference point for the entire area, responsible for acquiring new clients and creating a solid network to expand the business. Each new client helps create safer work environments and prevent accidents on the field.
Your Mission
You will be the first Sales Manager after the founders, responsible for business development in the Triveneto and later nationwide, building and leading a B2B sales network.
Your Role
- Serve as the commercial reference for the Triveneto region
- Focus on developing a new B2B client portfolio
- Manage the entire sales funnel, combining inbound leads generated by marketing with proactive outreach
- Work closely with the team to improve solutions
- Conduct regular visits to clients in the region
- Manage the sales process and strengthen relationships locally
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech, safety, or logistics sectors
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to close deals and create value
- Confidence with CRM, presentations, video calls, or willingness to learn
- Owns a car
- Resides or is domiciled near Trieste or surrounding areas
Contract & Compensation
- Collaboration contract via VAT number
- Salary from €1,200 to €6,000 per month
- Additional compensation includes commissions, an ambitious bonus plan, and quarterly bonuses
- Travel expense reimbursement and company card
Availability & Other Details
- Work from Monday to Friday
- Willingness to travel for client visits
