Bachelor’s degree (or working towards a bachelor’s degree)

Key job responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain high quality and productivity, meeting business objectives across all shifts
• Support and lead a team, handle administrative tasks, and foster a strong team culture
• Analyse performance data and suggest process improvements to optimise work and enhance customer service
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes

A day in the life

You will work shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency. Your daily tasks will include team management, operational activities, handling escalations, process improvements, and contingency planning.
