Mission :
- Define and drive execution of Italy Ambient OEM key account strategy for Canned and RTE products, aligned with overall Europe strategy.
- Own E2E P&L for Italy Ambient OEM business, ensuring market topline and bottomline performance.
- Enhance commercial excellence across Italy Ambient OEM, including account penetration, sales growth, and client relationships.
- Support operational collaboration with Europe Demand Planner and global teams through S&OP processes.
- Lead and motivate the team to meet targets, improve employee engagement, and build a positive culture.
Additional responsibilities include defining sales strategies, managing key accounts, driving profitability, building customer relationships, collaborating with supply chain and R&D teams, and leading people development initiatives.
Profil :
- Strong knowledge of the Italian market in similar categories or commoditized businesses.
- Proficiency in B2B OEM sales, regional sales, business strategy, and P&L management.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
