Technical Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for the sales team;
• Assist customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email;
• Analyze related data and help improve data accuracy and customer satisfaction;
• Communicate with other departments and report product issues promptly;
• Travel to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers;
• Participate in industry conferences and events;
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

• Background in science; a major in electrical engineering is preferred;
• At least three years of relevant work experience; experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred;
• Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, and strong stress resistance;
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and good customer service awareness.
