The Role

Join our leading fintech as a backend developer, contributing to core systems that power our platform. You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable backend solutions, ensuring code quality, security, and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to evolve our platform for a growing user base and complex financial operations. We seek someone experienced in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, thriving in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities

• Write, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance systems.
• Improve system performance for high concurrency.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.

Must-have Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with solid experience
• Proficiency in Java
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with AWS
• Experience with Spring Boot, Cloud, and Security
• API development and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of security principles
• Experience with high-performance applications
• Agile experience, CI/CD, Git, automated testing
• Handling large volumes of transactions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and learn new tech
• Experience with distributed systems, Docker, Kubernetes
