UX / UI Designer

We are looking for a Designer to assist us in building exceptional web applications.

Your role will involve transforming ideas and business requirements into high-quality products. You will work with a vibrant team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Who you are

• You are a passionate UX/UI Designer with experience in designing user interfaces, understanding macro-user and business requirements, creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and conducting user testing.
• You can design UI key pages and work with Design Systems.
• You enjoy collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to understand and challenge product requirements from a business perspective.
• You are comfortable discussing business needs with clients and translating them into product requirements.
• You are proactive, autonomous, and dislike micro-management. You love exploring new ideas and evaluating their pros and cons.
• You have a keen eye for good UI, whether in client products or internal tools. You strive for perfection and know when to make trade-offs.
• You are curious, have diverse interests, and enjoy sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues.
• You speak Italian fluently and English proficiently.

Hiring process steps:

1. First contact: If interested, we will schedule a 30-minute phone call to get to know each other better.
2. Technical interview: For technical roles, a one-hour interview to assess hard skills and knowledge.
3. Behavioral interview: To evaluate soft skills, collaboration, teaching ability, and empathy.
4. Take-home project: A 4-6 hour realistic task to complete independently. We pay for your effort upon completion.
5. Onboarding: Familiarization with the environment, culture, and team.
6. Training & Evaluation: Initial training and progress assessment on skills, tools, and methodology.
