Your missions
Coordinate pharmaceutical engineering projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards (GMP, FDA, etc.)
Supervise technical activities such as equipment installation, validation, and commissioning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, production, regulatory, and engineering
Track project timelines, budget, and resources, reporting progress to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct technical analysis and problem solving related to process or equipment design
Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure proper documentation and technical reporting
Experience in pharmaceutical project management (minimum 3-4 years)
Experience with engineering projects in the pharma sector (e.g. as Project Engineer)
Knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical production environments
Experience with technical documentation, validation protocols, or CAPEX projects
Fluent Italian and English.
You have an ability to prioritize, lead cross-functional teams and manage complexity under pressure
