Company Description

Synergie Italia SpA Divisione Synergie Search is seeking to hire a Back Office Administrative Assistant for the Commercial Office in Italy/abroad. The company operates in the production of components for industrial plants.


Position

The international commercial employee will be responsible for:

  1. Preparing quotes and offers;
  2. Managing orders from acquisition to fulfillment;
  3. Monitoring shipments and post-sale processes to ensure high customer satisfaction;
  4. Maintaining relationships with agents and coordinating with other company departments to ensure order specifications are met;
  5. Supporting the sales team during trade fairs and visits.

Requirements

Diploma and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role are required. Proficiency in English and excellent skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) are necessary. Familiarity with enterprise management software is a plus.

Employment is offered directly by the company with salary to be determined based on experience.
