Your Contribution

The Production and Material Planner will be part of the supply chain team and will participate in redesigning planning processes due to SAP implementation.

  • Production planning
  • Preparation of the sales forecast
  • Assess production capacity and monitor production progress to ensure timely deliveries
  • Process KPIs
  • Develop the supply schedule
  • Update sourcing processes for components and finished products according to MRP parameters
  • Plan material purchases in terms of quantity and timing
  • Optimize stock levels and delivery performance; review order requirements based on sales and warehouse data and make adjustments as needed
  • Monitor and optimize transportation management related to purchases
  • Manage work orders, imports, and letters of credit

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Professional experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of supply chain management processes
  • Knowledge of procurement processes using MRP
  • Experience with SAP is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proactivity and problem-solving skills
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
