Private Equity Investment Analyst / Associate

A renowned mid-market fund based in Milan is looking to add several Analysts / Associates to their investment team. The team invests in companies across various industries, focusing on value creation and growth. Investment Associates are responsible for sourcing and analyzing new potential investment opportunities, executing investment transactions, and supporting senior management in portfolio monitoring tasks.

The ideal candidate (m / w / d) is:

• Proficient in Italian and fluent in English,
• A Master's graduate in finance, business administration, or management,
• Deeply motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn quickly.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills;
• 1-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy consulting;
• Relevant academic background;
• An MBA degree is a plus but not required;

Relevant study or work experience abroad is also considered an asset.
