Job Description:

We're looking for a detail-driven Intellectual Property Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on providing expert legal support and guidance on intellectual property matters across various departments.

About the Role:

• Provide clear and practical legal guidance on IP-related matters to internal teams.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts related to marketing and communication.
• Support the management of trademarks and designs, including renewals and registrations.
• Coordinate the collection of documents for trademark enforcement actions.
• Monitor pending IP matters with external agents.

Requirements:

• A law degree with at least 2 years' experience in IP or a related field.
• Good knowledge of IP portfolio management and brand protection strategies.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
