The Role As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind boutique performance—leading and inspiring a passionate team, creating exceptional client experiences, and upholding the highest standards of retail excellence. You’ll have full responsibility for daily operations, commercial performance, team development, and clienteling strategies. What You’ll Be Doing Coaching and developing a high-performing team Leading client engagement and delivering world-class service Driving commercial performance, sales KPIs, and stock optimisation Collaborating with head office functions on training, merchandising, and events Creating a positive, high-energy, inclusive store culture Ensuring operational and visual merchandising excellence What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail management Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, people-first approach Commercial mindset with proven success in exceeding targets Fluent in English and Italian Strong understanding of luxury clientele, clienteling, and boutique operations A passion for heritage, quality, and service Why This Role?
