Your Role

• Support structures in the CRO area, including :
• Estimation, review, and recalibration of regulatory, managerial, and IFRS9 models.
• Participation in Risk Governance activities (ICAAP, ILAAP, RAF, etc.) and Stress Testing.
• Introduction of climate risks into the Risk Management framework.
• Support control functions (Audit and Validation) in model and process checks.
• Communicate ideas and proposals clearly, concisely, and effectively.
• Coordinate project activities operationally, identifying potential issues and sharing them promptly with the team.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Economic-Financial, Statistical-Mathematical, or Engineering fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in consulting firms or within risk management teams of banks or consulting firms.
• Preferably experienced in estimation and validation of credit risk models (regulatory, IFRS9) and Risk Governance.
• Good knowledge of banking prudential regulations (Basel) and recent EBA developments.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software, preferably SAS.
• Knowledge of programming languages used for statistical analysis, such as R, Python, SAS.
• Strong analytical, relational, and problem-solving skills, with organizational autonomy and team orientation.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a team environment.
• Fluent in English (B2 or higher), both spoken and written.
