As the Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our luxury retail store in Milan. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, operational excellence, and brand representation. Your strategic vision and leadership skills will drive sales growth and enhance the overall customer experience.
Coach and mentor team members by setting daily and weekly commercial objectives to excel in their roles.
Create excellent team participation and ensure the team and boutique(s) are presented to the highest standards.
Work alongside Learning and Development to manage the delivery of product and client service training.
Responsible for store recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team. Demonstrate effective succession planning and networking.
Maintain high store standards and conditions while fostering a positive work environment.
Strategy and analysis
Provide feedback to Merchandising and Retail Operations on product mix and volumes to drive sales and exceed targets.
Conduct market studies, including competitor analysis, assortments, price points, and clientele insights, to identify sales opportunities.
Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data.
Commercial and Sales
Train and coach team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor sales performance metrics such as Sell Through, product feedback, and trade feedback.
Ensure the store meets visual merchandising and maintenance standards set by Manolo Blahnik.
Manage seasonal sales events and additional promotional activities.
Provide analytical and qualitative feedback to business stakeholders.
Identify and develop business opportunities aligned with company objectives.
Analyze clientele and product performance, developing action plans for improvement.
Stay informed on market trends, customer initiatives, and competitors.
Collaborate with teams to plan and execute store events.
Provide personalized after-sales service and handle client complaints effectively.
Build strong relationships with clients and local businesses to grow the client base and support team sales efforts.
Maintain retail standards of presentation and service excellence.
Manage store operations including payroll, cash management, invoicing, replenishment, and compliance training.
Ensure proper implementation of merchandising, replenishment, and housekeeping standards.
Work with Stock Control to manage stock layouts, rotations, recalls, and audits.
Develop store policies with Retail Operations and Internal Controls teams.
Coordinate with Facilities to meet Health and Safety standards.
Require 5+ years’ experience in retail management, preferably in luxury retail.
Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and business acumen in luxury retail.
Proven success in planning and executing events.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of managing relationships at all levels.
