Position Description:

The Sense Experience Resort, an exclusive resort inaugurated in late July 2020 in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, is nestled within a 5-hectare natural park by the sea in the Gulf of Follonica, just a short walk from the picturesque Torre Mozza area. The resort features a private beach and is renowned for its excellence in hospitality and its exclusive gastronomic offerings. We are seeking an ambitious and growth-oriented Restaurant Manager.

Within the facility, we host two restaurants: our Fine Dining "Eaté," which in 2024 collaborated with the starred restaurant Pipero of Rome, and "Dimorà," offering contemporary cuisine in a more informal environment.

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a solid background in Food & Beverage and a strong interest in high-level hospitality. The ideal candidate possesses ambition and potential to eventually assume the role of Deputy Director. The main goal of this position is to support management in the operational oversight of the restaurants, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and delivering top-tier service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operational management of the Food & Beverage department, supervising both resort restaurants
• Direct collaboration with management to continuously improve the guest experience
• Supervision of dining and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and constructive work environment
• Analysis and monitoring of sector KPIs, focusing on financial performance and cost control
• Coordination in staff selection and training, ensuring high service standards
• Menu development and updates in collaboration with the chef team, aligned with gastronomic trends and customer expectations
• Contributing to achieving quality and profitability goals of the resort
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Food & Beverage or similar hotel structures
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Analytical approach and budget management capabilities
• Passion for fine dining and attention to detail
• Fluent knowledge of English and preferably a second foreign language
• Customer-oriented mindset and teamwork predisposition
