We are seeking a Real Estate Agent/Consultant

Location: Shop di Chiavari – Chiavari, 16043, Liguria

Responsibilities

• Acquisition, sale, and rental of luxury properties
• Market analysis of the reference area
• Qualified real estate consulting for clients
• Evaluation and presentation of properties
• Implementation of marketing activities
• Use of Engel & Völkers CRM
• Complete client management throughout the sales and rental process
• Participation in team meetings and corporate events

Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of the local territory
• Ability to relate to high-end clientele
• Excellent communication skills and strong sales orientation
• Professionalism, commitment, determination, and passion
• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy in organizing and managing own work and teamwork
• Comfort with advanced technology
• Excellent command of Italian and English; knowledge of French and German is a plus
