Gi Group, the leading Italian employment agency with over 200 branches nationwide and more than 1800 professionals, is seeking candidates for ALE, Arte Lavoro e Servizi S.P.A., an in-house company of the MIC Ministry of Culture, active in the conservation and enhancement of cultural heritage.

The role involves supporting the management of legal affairs related to the Public Administration, covering all areas of administrative law. The candidate will inform the Public Administration about new regulatory provisions, assessing developments, opportunities, risks, and impacts. The resource will assist in the ex-ante evaluation of legal risks related to strategic decisions and draft legal acts and opinions.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or Old Ordinance Degree in Law (Giurisprudenza)
  • Previous experience of at least 12 months within companies or professional studios in administrative law, in positions relevant to the professional profile sought, with any type of employment contract
  • Completed or undertaken a Master’s, Training Course, PhD, or Thesis in Administrative Law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Offer Details

  • Contract type: Fixed-term in agency with potential for permanent employment
  • Full-time schedule: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Level: 2nd level of the CCNL Commerce
