We’re a seed-to-shelf business rooted in palm oil, now expanding across other essential crops like sugar, soybean, sunflower, and coconut.

We are looking for a Feed Sales Manager to join our European feed team in Milan, Italy. You will be responsible for developing and growing sales of feed supplements, bypass fats, and vegetable oils to feed mills, premix manufacturers, and farms in Italy. As part of a dynamic team with strong growth ambitions, you’ll manage your client portfolio and play a key role in expanding GAR’s presence in the animal feed sector.

Your market insights will help shape our product offerings alongside our technical team.

We seek someone with a commercial mindset, result-driven, and able to work independently. You are organized, detail-oriented, and open-minded—comfortable in international settings and committed to teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Drive sales growth of feed supplements to feed mills

Expand our customer base among premix manufacturers and farms across Italy

Share daily pricing updates and work to increase our market footprint

Support marketing efforts to strengthen GAR’s visibility in the Italian market

Manage and report trading risks effectively

Share market intelligence and best practices with commercial and technical teams

Propose and implement commercial strategies and initiatives

Coordinate contract terms, verify payments, and handle claims with counterparties

Provide support for administrative tasks, contracts, and operations

Bachelor's degree level, preferably in life sciences, economics, or business

A degree in Animal production and nutrition, Veterinary medicine, Agricultural engineerin,g or equivalent is valued

3+ years of experience in sales of nutritional products in the animal feed industry, preferably working with feed additives in the ruminants and / or monogastric segment

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Willing to travel (30-50% of your time will be with customers)

Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
