Food and Drink Ambassador

Position: Food and Drink Ambassador

We are looking for a key team member to serve as a Food and Drink Ambassador, responsible for explaining our diverse dining offerings to our guests. This is a highly operational role with direct guest contact, requiring a proactive approach to gather feedback, provide recommendations, and handle reservations. The ambassador will work closely with all Venue Managers and the Food and Drink department.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English and Italian languages
• Good appearance and predisposition to guest interaction
• No prior experience necessary in the role or in the hospitality sector; this is an excellent opportunity for those eager to approach the hotel industry, particularly F&D, within a company that values growth and resource development.
